The breakfast did not impress me much. The selection was limited, and the quality was not great. The pastries seemed stale, and the hot food options were not appealing. I think they could improve breakfast with fresher ingredients and more variety

the staff was helpful and location was very good. it was acceptable.
the customer service was below standards from the beginning. i sent a message a day before check in requesting information about how to get to the hotel and only received a reply on the day of check in. the response lacked details. consequently, my taxi to the hotel cost €49.10 from the airport.

the room was quite spacious. it included a comfortable bed. i appreciated the cleanliness of the room. i also found the proximity to the train station very convenient for travel.
The selection of tv channels was minimal. I would have liked a greater variety during my downtime.

the room was huge and clean when i arrived (i really liked that).
i was disappointed the room was never cleaned . i also found the car park more expensive than the car hire itself, a nasty surprise. the shower was quite disappointing too.

the location was accessible, so that was acceptable.
The room wasn't properly cleaned . Tea and coffee weren't refilled either. i had to queue for over 30 minutes just to get clean towels. the key card was needed to operate the lifts, yet i only received one, it reminded me of too much hassle to queue again.
